The safety of our learners and staff is our top priority and we’ve made some big changes to our centres, from socially-distanced training rooms to staggered start times. Although things will look different, our staff will be as friendly and helpful as ever and we’re really excited to welcome learners back.

This course is best suited to people who use computers and the Internet regularly and are confident with using email, social media and/or online shopping.
A notebook and pen. Please feel free to bring any examples of emails, texts or social media stories that you have come across, which have raised your suspicions. If you prefer to use your own device, (laptop, tablet or smartphone) this is fine. We have free wifi in all our classrooms.
This course will be delivered by an experienced tutor in one of our computer suites. The sessions will include demonstrations as well as group activities and individual exercises.

You may also want to continue learning computer and digital skills by attending our improve your computer and digital skills course, where you can choose from a range of accredited or non-accredited options, or enrol on a European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) course..
