What could be more comforting than a lovely, hearty bowl or mug of homemade soup? If you come along to this cookery session, you will make your own Chunky Vegetable and Cream of Tomato Soup. As a group, you will also make French onion soup. You will learn more about the nutritional and cost benefits of homemade cooking, take home what you make, and receive recipe cards for the items you have cooked, so that you are ready to make these again at home.

What will I learn?

Our tutor will guide you through the processes of preparing these hearty soups, giving you the confidence and skills needed to make them again at home. You will also learn some useful tips and tricks on how to present your dishes and also learn about the nutritional and cost benefits of home cooking.
