Course details

Being able to use digital technology – like laptops, tablets and smartphones – is an essential part of modern life. Whether you want to use video calling to keep in touch with friends and family, shopping online or perhaps even find a new job, understanding technology can be essential.

This course is designed to support you to develop your everyday computer skills and work towards an entry level Essential Digital Skills qualification.

You’ll gain the skills you need to use your own devices – like phones or laptops – do things like creating and editing documents, using online services for shopping and communication, and you’ll learn more about how to stay safe online.
