Chinese takeaway is a tasty treat we all enjoy now and again. Come along and learn how to reduce the cost and improve the nutritional value in some of your favourite Chinese dishes so it doesn’t have to be just a treat anymore!

During this session you will prepare a variety of tasty Chinese favourites, including a starter, main and a side dish. The meal you make will be low in salt and calories, well balanced, delicious, inexpensive and perhaps even quicker than waiting for a takeaway. Take home what you make and also receive a complementary recipe card to recreate the dishes at home.

What will I learn?

Our tutor will guide you through the processes of preparing these Chinese dishes, giving you the confidence and skills needed to make them again at home. You will also learn some useful tips and tricks on how to present your dishes and also learn about the nutritional and cost benefits of home cooking.
