The safety of our learners and staff is our top priority and we’ve made some big changes to our centres, from socially-distanced training rooms to staggered start times. Although things will look different, our staff will be as friendly and helpful as ever and we’re really excited to welcome learners back.
If you’re concerned about visiting one of our centres, please get in touch so we can discuss it with you.
No experience of drawing, painting or craft is required for this course.
The course is most suitable for children aged between 5 -11 years of age. A maximum of two children per parent or carer.
You don’t need to bring anything to this course – all materials will be provided.
You will be taught and supported by an experienced and enthusiastic tutor, take part in a range of activities including demonstrations, group and individual work and receive support for your own ideas.
This short course will help you to learn ways to work together as a family unit. You will learn how to share, negotiate and plan together as you go about creating your own, original and unique recycled art piece to take home with you.
You may wish to enrol on one of our other family learning courses such as telling stories using finger puppets or costume making for school events and parties. We also offer courses in creative subjects such as photography, knitting, dressmaking, creative writing and fabric dyeing and printing and in English, maths, computers and employability.
