Living in the moment – paying attention to your thoughts and feelings and to what’s happening around you can help you to understand yourself better and so improve your mental wellbeing. Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to our thoughts, feelings, body sensations and the environment in the here and now. On this course you will learn more about the practice of mindfulness and how it can help you to cope better with stress and anxiety in everyday life. Come along and begin to look at the power of thought and how mindfulness can be used to help you to think and act more clearly.

What are you doing to keep learners safe?

The safety of our learners and staff is our top priority and we’ve made some big changes to our centres, from socially-distanced training rooms to staggered start times. Although things will look different, our staff will be as friendly and helpful as ever and we’re really excited to welcome learners back.

If you’re concerned about visiting one of our centres, please get in touch so we can discuss it with you.

What do I need to join the course?

Enthusiasm to learn more! You do not need to have any previous experience or knowledge to join this course.

What do I need to bring with me to the first session?
