On this virtual session you’ll learn how to make an authentic veggie biriyani, flavoured with spices and herbs that is perfect for using up any vegetables you may have. You’ll also make your own paneer, a soft, fresh Indian cheese that can be spiced to your liking, and some light pancakes to wrap it in.
We’ll talk about the benefits of cooking fresh food, and how it can be cheaper, tastier and healthier than some readymade meals.
You’ll get your own recipe card so you can easily make the dishes again in the future – and we’ll even talk about how you can modify them to make your own unique meals.
