Course details

If you’ve ever considered a career in adult social care but you’re not sure where to start then you’ve come to the right place.

On this free, online, two hour taster we’ll dispel some of the myths that surround working in care, and learn about what it’s really like. You’ll also learn about the wide range of roles that are available, from residential and home carers to drivers, cleaners, creative staff and much more.

If you feel like working in care might be right for you after this taster session then you can choose to progress onto a longer free programme, where you’ll get tailored one-to-one support to get the skills and qualifications you need to get the job you want.

Social care is one of the few sectors where jobs are increasing, and this session could be just the head start you need to get ahead of the crowd when applying for those jobs.
