Course details

Transferable skills are skills and abilities that are relevant and useful across different areas of life: socially, professionally and at work. When you’re looking for work, it’s really useful to be able to mention transferable skills on your application and in your interview.

This course will help you to understand exactly what transferable skills are. You’ll identify what transferable skills you already have – chances are you have a lot more than you think – and how you can match them to job opportunities. Talking about the skills you have can go a long way to persuading prospective employers that you’re right for the job.
