SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-bound) targets are a great way to break down your long term goals into bite-sized tasks. This can help to give you the focus and motivations to reach your ultimate goal as you can see progress every day.
In this session we’ll learn how to break long term job searching goals into your own personal, attainable SMART targets. We’ll apply them to tasks such as creating your own personal profile and putting together an effective covering letter, then we’ll work together to identify your next steps.
