Course details

Effective organising and delegation are essential skills of an effective leader, however it can be very challenging. It means identifying the right tasks to delegate, overcoming barriers to delegation and taking the time to delegate properly so that everyone knows what is expected of them and by when. When it’s done right the benefits are vast, it can improve the working lives of everyone involved from the leader to their teams and the organisation as a whole.

What do I need to join the course?

No prior subject knowledge required.

In order to join this eLearning course you will need:
A reliable internet connection, a computer/Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone, you may also choose to use a headset or earphones with a microphone attachment. You may also wish to have a notepad and pen available for making any notes. You should ensure that you have a suitable place to study that is free from any distractions.

What do I need to provide for the first session?

Commit to completing all elements of the eLearning module including the activities and assessments. Application of your learning into the workplace are essential to strengthening your day to day practice.

How will I be taught?

The e-learning module will comprise of information, activities and assessments. You should allow at least one hour to complete the e-learning activity and sufficient time to implement and practice the learning and activities to consolidate learning.
