Course details

Money worries are one of the biggest causes of stress in the UK. But gaining a better understanding of our emotional relationship with money, and learning better how to plan and manage your money, can go a long way to avoiding many of those worries.

On this series of webinars you’ll learn how to create and manage a spending plan, how to use technology to manage your money successfully and how to plan for the future. You’ll also gain a wider view of how money can link to your mental health, find out about the seven different ‘types’ of money and build an understanding of how we relate to money on an emotional level.

By the end of the course you’ll have approached the problem of money related worry in both a practical and emotional way, and feel much more confident with your own ability to stay in control of your finances.
