The smell of home made bread is one that conjures up memories for many of us. We all love homemade bread but don’t always have time to make it. During this session you might be surprised at how easy and quick it can be as we make 3 different varieties of bread:- leavened (flowerpot), soda and focaccia. You will also learn more about the nutritional and cost benefits of homemade cooking, you will take home what you make and receive recipe cards for the items you have cooked so that you are ready to make these again at home.

What will I learn?

Our tutor will guide you through the processes of bread making, giving you the confidence and skills needed to make them again at home. You will also learn some useful tips and tricks on how to present your dishes and also learn about the nutritional and cost benefits of home cooking.
