Comfort food, indulgence, a dessert that has stood the test of time and a favourite with all age groups… cheesecake!

Just using a few ingredients it’s easy to put together this delicious dessert. Come along to this cookery session and our expert tutor will show you the techniques involved to make your own biscuit based no cook chocolate cheesecake and a baked lemon cheesecake.

You will discover how baking at home can be cheaper than buying ready made varieties with more nutritional value. Take home what you make and receive recipe cards for the items you have prepared so that you are ready to make them again at home.
