Course details

As modern leaders in the modern workplace we should consider the need for change in our approaches, including how we can develop ‘trust-based’ leadership, which supports productivity, interaction and well-being.

This virtual session will explore how the leadership skills used every day in a face to face office environment, can be adapted to suit the needs of the modern workplace, where individuals in teams may be working remotely all of the time, or some of the time as part of blended working arrangement. Whilst the concept of leadership does not alter due to the modern workplace, the way we overcome challenges and lead our teams may need some new thinking.

This course will give you the opportunity to consider how you can continue to set clear expectations, communicate those expectations effectively and connect with your teams regularly, when many are now working in different ways.
