Mezze is a Greek style of meal where lots of delicious savoury sharing plates are served together, a bit like Spanish tapas. You might have tried it on holiday, or in Greek restaurants, but how would you like to cook your own tasty mezze selection?

In this session you’ll learn how to make several mezze platters including Aubergine dip, lamb kebabs, tzatziki, flatbreads and a marinated feta cheese salad. Your tutor will also demonstrate how to make houmous and garlic butter for you to try yourself at home.

You’ll work in our modern, well equipped kitchen in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. As well as learning how to make this dishes you’ll take home recipe cards, so you can cook them for yourself as often as you like.

What will I learn?

Our tutor will guide you through the processes of preparing and assembling these delicious Greek dishes. You will also learn some useful tips and tricks to impress your guests with your presentation skills.
