What do I need to join the course?

Enthusiasm to learn more! You do not need to have any previous experience or knowledge of machine embroidery to join this course.

What do I need to provide for the first session?

All craft materials will be supplied on the day. You may wish to bring along a notebook and pen for any notes that you want to make.

How will I be taught?

You will be taught by an experienced tutor and will take part in a range of activities including demonstrations, group and individual practical work.

What will I learn?

You will begin to understand more about some of the skills and techniques that you can use and have a go at creating your own ‘sampler’ that you can be proud to take away with you after the session.

What could I do next?

Once you’ve attended this course you’ll be in a position to decide whether you wish to continue to learn more about machine embroidery. If so then you may wish to progress to one of our other courses and your tutor will give you more information about this during the session.
