You will need an interest in developing your skills in conflict management to support teams, encourage a positive outcome and understand what underpins behavior. Although there are no official prerequisites to the course, there will be a need to be open minded and be prepared to self-reflect.
In order to join this virtual course you will need:
A reliable internet connection, a webcam / camera and a computer/Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone, you may also choose to use a headset or earphones with a microphone attachment. You may also wish to have a notepad and pen available for making any notes. You should ensure that you have a suitable place to study that is free from any distractions.
Ensure you have Pen and Paper for taking notes. You will also need to come prepared with an idea that you can present to the group on for 5 minutes at the end of the course. The topic should be relevant to your role/service area. The content of the presentation will be developed throughout the training session.
