Course details

Would you like to pass on your own digital skills to those in your community that need help? This virtual course will help you get a better understanding of how to successfully pass on your knowledge, as well as making sure that you’re sticking to safety, equality and inclusion best practice.

Through the course you’ll develop your own skills in supporting others with digital skills, from identifying their motivations and needs to helping them gain confidence in using technology. You’ll also learn how to evaluate your own sessions, so you can constantly improve.

If you’ve completed our Digital skills in the community course, or you already have a good grounding in digital skills and you would like to help others then this virtual course might just be for you.

You may also want to attend the ‘preparing for virtual learning’ short session; this will help you to get started and feel confident in participating with any future virtual learning courses.
