You’ll learn new words and phrases to help you feel more confident talking to others about communication and technology. You’ll learn about different communication methods, from face to face to over the phone and online. You’ll be able to talk about your communication habits and the different types of technology you use and be able to share your opinions on these as well.
You’ll be in a small, friendly class and you’ll have lots of opportunities to practice speaking and listening in English and to develop your reading and writing skills.

If this is the first ESOL course you will study with us, you’ll have an appointment with our Advisor before you start to make sure that you are enrolled on the course at the right level for you.
