Air fryers are advertised as a way of making and enjoying fried foods without the harmful health effects of oil-fried foods, requiring half the electricity to operate making it 50% more efficient compared to a full-size electric oven. Air-fried foods have a lower fat content than deep-fried foods, which means they may be healthier as well as saving on energy costs.
It’s so easy to quickly rustle up some quick nibbles in your air fryer - great as individual snacks and perfect for a picnic.
In this session the tutor will guide you through the processes of making Devilled eggs, baked vegetable crisps, sausage rolls, Scotch eggs, and apple roses. You’ll be given recipe cards at the end of the session so that you can recreate these dishes at home.

If you are looking for work or aiming for a change of role, then your tutor will also make you aware of the employability programmes we have available to support you in achieving your employment goals.
