A willingness to learn and a positive attitude! You would benefit from knowing how to use a keyboard and mouse to interact with the computer and be able to open applications. If you would like to brush up on these skills first, why not complete our Using Your Computer: Mouse and Keyboard Skills course first.
You might find it helpful to bring a notebook and pen to make some notes to help with your learning.
You can choose to complete some of our other digital courses to improve your computer skills. As a next step, you could choose to learn about managing files and folders on a computer, or even managing your emails on a computer.
