An air fryer requires half the electricity to operate making it 50% more efficient compared to a full-size electric oven. There are many delicious meals you can make it in with very little effort, it just takes practise!

Retaining nutrients and flavours in food is essential. With its quick cooking times an air fryer helps you maintain the goodness that makes your meals both tasty and nutritious.

Compared to a traditional oven, an air fryer can cook food up to 20-30% faster. This means you can create a delicious main meal in a fraction of the time, perfect for busy work nights when you have a hungry family to feed.

In this three-hour session you will make: Fish and Chips, Hasselback potatoes and Crispy Chicken burgers. The tutor will show you how to make Chicken and mushroom parcels with roasted carrots and mustard sauce.

You’ll be given recipe cards at the end of the session so that you can recreate these dishes at home.

What will I learn?

In this session you will learn how to use your air fryer to create main meals.

The tutor will guide you through the processes involved in a fraction of the usual time.

The cost of this course is shown at the top of the page. This course is funded through Tailored Learning with the purpose of Health and Wellbeing. A concession may be available dependent on circumstances.
