When life gets challenging, it’s often the simple things which can help us to cope and boost our happiness levels.Making your own bread by hand can be an enjoyable, satisfying, and therapeutic exercise, giving you time to relax and reduce your tension levels.

It's also much cheaper to make your own bread, and knowing what has gone into your food is priceless. During this session you might be surprised at how easy and quick it can be as we make 3 different varieties of bread: - leavened (flowerpot), soda and focaccia.  You will also learn more about the nutritional and cost benefits of homemade cooking, you will take home what you make and receive recipe cards for the items you have prepared so that you are ready to make these again at home.

What will I learn?

Our tutor will guide you through the processes of bread making, giving you the confidence and skills needed to make them again at home. You will also learn some useful tips and tricks on how to present your dishes and learn about the nutritional and cost benefits of home cooking.
