In this session you will work with your child to make decorated festive biscuits and chocolate bark - ideal to hang on your tree as decorations or to give to loved ones as a stocking filler!
With the tutor’s help you will work to build your treats, developing an understanding of the calorific value of the ingredients and the finished biscuit treats.
If you have time, we’ll also show you how to make and decorate a small box – ideal to put your biscuits into and to give as gifts.
You will take home your treats and your box, you can then recreate these at home.
This course is most suitable for parents/carers with children aged five to eleven years.
On this course you and your child will work together to decorate biscuits and make chocolate bark, to understand the calorific values of ingredients and treats and to make a small box, all of which you can then recreate at home for any occasion.
