What do I need to join the course?

A willingness to learn and a positive attitude! You would benefit from being confident in accessing the internet on your device. You do not need any prior knowledge of online selling to join this course. If you would like to brush up on your internet skills first, we have a range of courses to help you with using the internet on your computer, smartphone or tablet. Speak to one of our friendly members of staff to find out more about these courses.

What do I need to provide for the first session?

You might find it helpful to bring a notebook and pen to make some notes to help with your learning. If you want to learn how to sell online using your smartphone or tablet, you are welcome to bring this to the session. We will have PCs and tablets available for use during the session if you do not wish to bring your own.

You can choose to complete some of our other digital courses to improve your computer skills.
