Indian food is a real favourite and in this session you will learn how to make an Indian meal that will leave your family and friends wanting more. You will make a classic Indian curry using a selection of meat, vegetables and spices that you choose based on your own taste. To accompany this you will make Onion Bhajis, watch a demonstration on how to make Naan Bread and, as a group, make vegetable samosas. We will discuss the cost of cooking from fresh and how a home cooked meal can be cheaper, tastier and healthier than some ready made varieties.

During this session you will learn more about the nutritional and cost benefits of homemade cooking, you will take home what you make and receive recipe cards for the items you have cooked so that you are ready to make these again at home.
