Managing blood sugar is the key to living well with diabetes, and eating well is the key to managing blood sugar.

Healthy foods in the right amounts at the right times and keeping active will help you to ensure your blood sugar stays in your target range as much as possible. It will also help you control your weight and generally feel better.

In this session, you will create a diabetic-friendly three-course option: turkey meatball laksa, berry mousse, and flourless chocolate cookies - healthy dishes for the whole family to enjoy! You will follow the simple recipes in our kitchen to create nutritious meals that you can prepare again and again at home.

What will I learn?

In this session you will make:

  • Turkey meatball laksa
  • Berry mousse
  • Flourless Chocolate Cookies

You will also be given useful tips on presentation, nutrition and money saving!

How much will it cost?

This course is funded through Tailored Learning. The course cost is displayed at the top of the page. A concession may be available, dependent upon circumstances.
