Air fryers are here to stay!! Whether you already have an Air fryer or you are thinking about buying one and for those of you who have 1 but only use it for ‘chips’ this session is perfect for you all.

During this session you will make a variety of different dishes using an Air Fryer. You will use a range of skills and develop your confidence to make different recipes and get ideas for further dishes to make at home.

You will work alongside your tutor and follow recipes to make some of your dishes and watch demonstrations by your tutor to make some of the accompanying dishes / dips etc.

You will learn about some of the differences between different Air fryers and learn how to use one effectively to make a range of dishes and learn about the advantages of using and Air fryer.

An air fryer requires half the electricity to operate making it 50% more efficient compared to a full-size electric oven. There are many delicious meals you can make it in with very little effort, it just takes practise!

Retaining nutrients and flavours in food is essential. With its quick cooking times an air fryer helps you maintain the goodness that makes your meals both tasty and nutritious.

Compared to a traditional oven, an air fryer can cook food up to 20-30% faster. This means you can create a delicious main meal in a fraction of the time, perfect for busy work nights when you have a hungry family to feed.

What will I learn?

On this session, you will make:

  • Grilled Chicken and Naan Ceasar
  • Crispy Cauliflower bites
  • Samon parcels
  • Roast baby potatoes with onion, balsamic and parmesan
  • Fruity Crumble

How much will it cost?

This is a Full Cost course. The cost of the course is displayed at the top of the page.
