What will I learn?
During this course you will learn how to create two elegant lemon desserts: a baked lemon cheesecake and a smooth, creamy lemon posset.
Guided by an experienced tutor, you will develop practical skills in preparing, baking and finishing desserts, while learning techniques to achieve the perfect balance of flavour, texture and presentation. By the end of the session, you'll have the confidence to recreate these impressive desserts at home and share them with family and friends.

No previous experience is required, just a willingness to give it a go.
