The session is most suitable for those working within the CYPSSS service area, however other staff may choose to attend the training.
In order to join this virtual conference you will need: A reliable internet connection, a webcam / camera and a computer/Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone, you may also choose to use a headset or earphones with a microphone attachment. You may also wish to have a notepad and pen available for making any notes. You should ensure that you have a suitable place to study that is free from any distractions.
Following the keynote speech, there will be a 45 minute workshop. Please indicate a first and second preference that you would like to attend:
Key note speaker, Jennifer Nock will speak for approx. 90 minutes. Then, you will choose a workshop that will be delivered by an Educational Psychologist and/or the Behaviour Support Team. At the end of the conference, we will come back together in smaller working groups to reflect on what we have learned and implications for practice. The afternoon conference will last for three hours.
