The safety of our learners and staff is our top priority and we’ve made some big changes to our centres, from socially-distanced training rooms to staggered start times. Although things will look different, our staff will be as friendly and helpful as ever and we’re really excited to welcome learners back.
If you’re concerned about visiting one of our centres, please get in touch so we can discuss it with you.
Ideally you will have attended Mindfulness Step 1 but if you have some different previous experience of mindfulness, this course may still be suitable for you. You can discuss this with a course tutor.

Once you’ve attended this course you’ll be in a position to decide whether you wish to continue to learn more about mindfulness or to other general health and wellbeing courses. Your tutor will give you more information about these during the course. If you want to try a different subject then we offer a range of opportunities in computer skills, English, maths, employability, creative skills, retail, photography, supporting teaching and learning in schools etc.
You can find more information on the Financial help and additional support page or you can contact us to talk about this and any other support we can provide.
