Is low confidence and self esteem affecting your day to day life? If so this course will teach you the importance of positive thinking, self worth and self esteem.

You will explore your own feelings of confidence and self worth and identify and practise ways of overcoming barriers and promoting personal goals. You will be supported to identify these goals and to recognise and value your own progress.

The aim of the course to equip you with the skills and techniques to have a more positive and confident outlook, allowing you to take full advantage of all the opportunities that come your way.

What will I learn?

You will learn what is meant by confidence and how negative thoughts can affect this. You will go on to learn about how to change a negative thought into a positive thought and other strategies to improve your self esteem and confidence.
