Roll up your sleeves and discover the secrets of authentic Italian pasta-making in our hands-on cookery class!

Learn how to make fresh homemade pasta from scratch before turning it into two Italian favourites: silky, indulgent Carbonara and deliciously filled Ravioli. From kneading and rolling the dough to shaping, filling and cooking your creations, you’ll be guided through each stage by your tutor.

You’ll also learn how to make simple Parmesan Crisps - a delicious accompaniment that will add an impressive finishing touch to your pasta dishes.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or a pasta enthusiast, this fun and relaxed class is a great way to learn new skills, build your confidence and bring a little taste of Italy to your own kitchen.

Along the way, you’ll pick up useful hints and tips on ingredients, presentation and the cost and nutritional benefits of cooking from scratch. You’ll take home what you make, along with copies of the recipes so you can recreate your favourites at home.

No previous experience is needed – just come along and enjoy having a go!
