Course details

This session will provide you with the skills and knowledge to enable you to effectively communicate in the workplace with confidence, whilst demonstrating assertive behaviour skills. During the session you will have the opportunity to consider how new ways of working, including virtual meetings and conversations, impact on the choice of assertiveness skills deployed. You will be encouraged to consider and develop your own personal techniques, whilst being mindful of the characteristics between aggressive, assertive and passive behaviour and the resulting impacts.
